The first phase of project POTOS includes a blockchain based framework to bridge "asset classes" and support cross chain "protocols" for atomic swaps for scalable digital transactions. Another aim of this blockchain initiative is to focus on RWA tokenization in Hong Kong, something we know $VELO is already big on in Thailand. Together, they have applied for a virtual banking license in Thailand. If accepted, this would allow both Lightnet and WeLab the exposure and reach into their respected networks and digital presence. Thailand 🇹🇭 > China 🇨🇳: In January 2025, WeBank announced strategic expansion to bolster its WEB3 presence. SCBX of Thailand was an expansion partner. SCBX has many subsidiaries, such as SCB and SCB10X. SCBX's primary subsidiary = SCB. SCB, SCB10x (SCBX investment arm), Lightnet, and Fireblocks = Stablecoin project that has exited Thailands digital Sandbox for remittances and cross-border transactions. Seems like a little corridor via $VELO and Lightnet into China and Hong Kong that could have some huge impact ~ #NFA 👁
