Really late to the party with this week's #weeklynudge. On Thursday I got to spend time outdoors with work (@envagency we can spend two days a year on environmental volunteering). It was great to be outdoors so this week I'll spend at least 10 mins in a green space every day.
#weeklynudge reflection time. This weekβs commitment was #Mindfulness every morning. Result? Some sort of mindful activity every day. As a nudge this combo of freedom and rules really worked to give me results. Good enough is good enough! 9/10

#weeklynudge update: I've failed at doing mindfulness when I wake up every day but one, but knowing I've missed on that attempt means I've done some every day, fitting it in at a different time. Which is an improvement on before. Hooray! #goodenoughisgoodenough
