🚨ALERT: Study finds too much elbow flexion after pitch release puts more deceleration forces on arm. This would cause pain top of forearm and bicep. I find inside 90 weighted baseball training develops this flaw. #pitchinginjury #pitchsmart #weightedbaseball

Study from 1967 on weighted baseball training finds no evidence in its ability to increase pitching velocity and accuracy as a warmup tool. Amazing over 50 years later baseball still believes this is a new form of training. #weightedbaseball #weightedbaseballs #weightedballs

Built a #plyoball wall over break- on casters & just short enough to roll in & out of the garage. @Preston_Hodges7 can work inside/outside thru the winter. Best part, we constructed it together. #baseballdad #longtoss #weightedbaseball #velocity @DrivelineBB
