I was looking at a lawsuit I did in March for #APDelays to just pull some data for one I am doing now. In March, TSC processed 80% of I-131s in 14 months. Today, TSC reports it does 80% of I-131s in 24 months! Why is advance parole processing getting worse? #WhyWaitLitigate

Today I saw an AP approval for a case that was filed in an April. Thought to myself, that's great, maybe USCIS is picking it up! Only to look closer and see we filed in April 2023 and it just got approved. 17.4 minutes to adjudicate and it yet takes a year... #WhyWaitLitigate
