Really @USCIS ? You expect people to wait 2 more years before they can contact you about their case that is outside normal processing time? The case is certainly not processing normally.

I was looking at a lawsuit I did in March for #APDelays to just pull some data for one I am doing now. In March, TSC processed 80% of I-131s in 14 months. Today, TSC reports it does 80% of I-131s in 24 months! Why is advance parole processing getting worse? #WhyWaitLitigate

I love getting these emails. Helping a family finally get over the last step and get out of the #GCBacklog why @BaniasLaw and I (@rnlawgroup) are happy to push whenever we can to get meaningful results. Hoping to help more come October 1! #WhyWaitLitigate #AOSDelays

Looking forward to the weekly live session tomorrow as the @rnlawgroup team and @BaniasLaw discuss #AOSDelays and some of your options to attack them #WhyWaitLitigate
π₯ Join RNB for our weekly live session. This week we've invited, immigration litigation expert Brad Banias of Banias Law. We'll discuss the status of the visa bulletin, and possibly litigating your I-485 Adjustment of Status delay so you can secure your green card ASAP!

Drafting an #APDelay lawsuit for a client. The processing time for Advance Parole for Texas back in March was 14 months. Now this... Keep in mind, it takes only 16.8 minutes to adjudicate I-131s (and I think that is long for most 485 based AP). #WhyWaitLitigate

Great way to start the long holiday weekend for a client that had a long pending #AOSDelay since October 2020 and have remained current without an adjudication. #WhyWaitLitigate @Rnlawgroup @BaniasLaw

Sure you can ask, but USCIS will summarily deny it most times. #WhyWaitLitigate
#USCISAnswers: If you need to expedite your case, you may ask USCIS to expedite the adjudication of an immigration benefit if it meets certain criteria.

Today I saw an AP approval for a case that was filed in an April. Thought to myself, that's great, maybe USCIS is picking it up! Only to look closer and see we filed in April 2023 and it just got approved. 17.4 minutes to adjudicate and it yet takes a year... #WhyWaitLitigate
I think your new site is broken. It is saying it takes 66 months to decide a Form I-829, but Congress said it should be done in 90 days. #EB5 #whywaitlitigate #10yearEB5

In the DC Circuit tomorrow for an #EB5 delay case. For those of you with I526Es for projects that qualify for the reserved visa numbers under the RIA, now is the time to start filing delay cases. Prevent a backlog before it happens. #whywaitlitigate
Update: All plaintiffs will get BFDs/EADs or interim actions on or by April 28. #dotheU #whywaitlitigate Next U visa case goes April 1. Email us at [email protected] for information
70 U visa applicants who've waited between 7 and 77 months join a pending BFD/EAD delay suit in Boston today! Congress says it should take 60 days to do BFD, not 60.5 months. #dumspirospero #effectchange Join the movement: https://t.co/nmMX1TcJNp
FBI fingerprint checks are done in 48 hours; USCIS's TECs checks done instantaneously. Have you been told your application has been pending for years for a background check? #aosdelays #whywaitlitigate

A good example of a situation where petition attorneys will advise you to administratively appeal over and over where one law suit would take care of it. #whywaitlitigate
Some great insight from @rnlawgroup Managing Partner @immigrationgirl on H1B revocations. Itβs an unfortunate trend weβve been seeing a lot, and you need to keep up with even your old H1B filings for potential issues.
How long is @USCIS taking to get your approved #EB5 to the NVC? The statute is clear: approval and transfer are one act, not two separated by months. #EB5 #whywaitlitigate
USCIS reports that it takes 60 months to issue BFDs. Don't let anyone tell you that you must wait beyond processing times before bringing a delay suit. #whywaitlitigate
USCIS agreed to settle a U visa BFD that was pending for 120 days at the time of filing. They should get their BFD in 6 months from filing. This is how these should work. #90dayBFD

Had a great time working with the folks at @WOLFSDORF on this case. Congrats to @berniewolfsdorf @farshadowji on a solid decision in a major district! Let's do it again soon. #EB5 #whywaitlitigate
