自分の博論審査会は「12:00開始」のため、
午前休！？午後休！？となりますw
最近弊社で始まった「時間休暇制度(2h単位)」は、こうした絶妙な時間の調整に効くほか、
大学へハンコを押しに行ったりと簡単な手続きも可能になりました。(※距離にもよります)

これでも1年目は有休が足りず、
最後は業務の中抜けを繰り返していました💦

会社の飲み会と研究時間の葛藤はありませんか
金曜夜の飲み会のお誘い、嬉しい反面「この時間があれば論文が読めるのに」と悩むことはありませんか？
人間関係も大切ですが、研究時間の確保も死活問題です。
数回に一回は一次会だけ参加する。二次会は半分以下にするなど、自分なりのルールを決めて、ストレスを溜めずに無理のない範囲で両立を目指すのが現実的な落としどころかもしれません。
9月、いよいよ博士論文の提出月です🧑💻📕
先日は提出の手続きを博論仲間と確認し合いました。
