Nope, the games don't run on blockchain. Instead, blockchain acts like a certificate of authenticity for your in-game items. Imagine buying a rare sword and knowing it's genuinely unique because it's minted as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token). This way, developers can't oversell or fake scarcity. 🗡🔒

With blockchain, your in-game assets are truly YOURS. You can sell them, trade them, or even display them in a virtual gallery. Your ownership is recorded on the blockchain, making it publicly verifiable. 🏆

Think of your online activity as footprints. Would you want anyone to track you back to your hidden lair where you are the real keyboard warior ? I guess not. 🕵️♂️
🚫 Beware of Scammers:
If it sounds too good to be true, walk away. Scammers often pose as "helpful" community members. They may offer tricks to "multiply your tokens." Don't fall for it. 🚫

Before diving into a new game, visit its Discord or Telegram. Ask questions. Check if the project is transparent about its development process and roadmap. Just simply do not download the game client cause you think their graphics and white paper is cool, and they have a game live. take few steps backwards ask around among your friends, or even send a DM to some one who is commenting on their post on X with a good number of following; or who does have a 2way conversation with other projects on X. You might be surprized who will pop and reply. Once you are convinced then download game client; cause you might end up giving control of your PC to some one else with what are you are donwloading. 🗺
🔐 Wallets & Safety: 🛑
Never, and I mean NEVER, use your main wallet for scouting new games. Always use a secondary wallet. Why? If the game turns out to be a scam, your main assets are safe. 🌐
👛 What's the Real Deal with Wallets?
We get it; the industry talks, a alot about 'mass adoption,' but then sends you on a scavenger hunt and practically enrolls you back in university to learn blockchain 101 🤣. And let's not forget, the so-called "entry barriers" like NFT costs get lowered💣, but what about the elephant in the room—connecting a wallet ? 🐘
Don't sweat it! Tech wizards are already on it. They're conjuring solutions to bypass the wallet hoopla entirely. And guess what? Some forward-thinking game devs are already adopting these innovations. So, the day when you can dive into a game without the wallet gymnastics isn't a fairy tale—it's already happening but slow!. 🌅

It can be hard to spot scams and vulnerable tokens when you're doing your due diligence.
Here are 5 great tools tools I use that will make it easy to spot these scams
🔹️Unicrypt
If the token claims to have locked liquidity and you want to check it quickly, this is a great tool. It also shows the time period for the liquidity lock, so if they claim its locked for x years and you realise it's only 6 months, that's your red flag right away.

🔹️Block Explorer
I use this tool to tell me lots of valuable information, like if there has been liquidity removed from the pool, what other users are saying about the contract code, and very detailed transaction data.
🔹️Token Sniffer
It is a good tool to find information on exploits, and you will also see known scams and hacks listed. So you can quickly check if the token you are interested in is listed there.

This tool will give you lots of details about a token, including live buy and sell data. This can help you determine honeypot tokens if all you are seeing is buys.

I use this to check if a smart contract for a token has any vulnerabilities. Not all tokens are scams. However, some of them can have vulnerabilities due to dev inconpetence, which can be easily exploited by hackers. These vulnerabilities could also be left there on purpose. If the smart contract shows this, it's a ticking time bomb. Do not put your money in there.
