OBJECTION: Application Ref – RM/2026/2 To the Head of Planning, Isle of Anglesey County Council I wish to strongly object to this Reserved Matters application for the following reasons: 1. Material changes: The details submitted differ significantly from the original Outline Permission, altering the scale, character and impact of the development originally approved. 2. Loss of protected landscape: The site lies within the Anglesey National Landscape (AONB) – this scheme fails to protect its special natural beauty, wildlife and heritage. 3. Lack of commitment & viability: The application is brought by Court-appointed Administrators, not the original developer. They have no duty or ability to deliver long-term benefits, promises or Section 106 obligations to the community. 4. Environmental harm: There is insufficient assessment of impact on protected habitats, species and local biodiversity. 5. Infrastructure & traffic: No adequate provision or assessment for increased traffic, local roads, utilities or community capacity to support this scale of development. 6.
