@ZARA Order #54697898664 Returned 2 shirts May 23 with tags intact. Now you claim “non-Zara articles” & refuse refund on [email protected]. Fix this via https://t.co/LDfO0SMkWV or I’ll go public. #ZaraFail #RefundMyMoney

@ZARA_Care please stop ignoring my messages. It is now 8 days… no package… no refund! @Zara is your business that bad that you don’t deliver a purchase or give the refund? #Zarafail

@ZARA_Care and @zara Hey @ZARA, how long does a customer need to wait for a refund AFTER you’ve confirmed the return was received? It’s been days beyond your promised timeline. Very disappointing experience. #ZaraFail

@ZARA @ZARA_Care Appalled by your policy!Denied my altered jeans despite presenting the bill,ur staff insists on a yellow slip I was never told was essential. No refund,no solution? Call NOW ON: 9820074706. This is unacceptable for a so-called “big brand”! #ZaraFail

@zara @zara_care I will continue to tweet and blast via social media until I receive my refund owed to me. Your customer service is horrible. #zara #zaracare #fashion #zarafail
