So, basically, this #ZomatoGold from @zomato is basically a downgrade or worse offering as compared to #ZomatoPro and #ZomatoProPlus. The ProPlus plan had unlimited free deliveries without any distance or pricing limits. Classic retail game of downsizing the offering quietly

.@zomato has arbitrarily migrated me from #ZomatoProPlus to #ZomatoGold & removed the free delivery benefit for any order value. Wouldn't be surprised if @zomatocare randomly migrates us from #ZomatoGold to something else one day. Why sell subscriptions if you can't honour them?

I wish Zomato spent more on getting good food deals over sending me notifications to open their app Also, bring back #ZomatoProPlus

Is this how you provide services to #ZomatoProPlus customer? One pays extra to enjoy better services and then he gets what, humiliation? @ZomatoProHelp @zomato @zomatocare

As a subscriber of both #SwiggyOne as well as #ZomatoProPlus, I find @zomato absolutely fabulous. @swiggy_in is so annoying that it can make you repent paying money. 5KM free delivery is just one of their nonsense.

After being with @swiggy_in for 2 years, moved to @zomato, took #ZomatoPro, then #ZomatoProPlus and after poor app experience going back to SwiggyOne. Zomato support is a mess and doesn't understand tech at all. Keeps denying and confusing customer. Will sell my shares as well.🙏

After using both ZOMATO Pro Plus and Swiggy One I can say the clear winner is the Swiggy One for the better discount and deals. @swiggy_in @ZomatoProHelp @SwiggyCares #Zomato #swiggy #zomatoproplus #swiggyone

Dear @zomato @zomatocare @ZomatoProHelp My one account has #zomatopro and now after your #twitter news. It's now #zomatoproplus but as you can see same order is cheaper on my normal zomato account. I thought it's only by coincidence but it's everyday #feltcheated Is Swiggy same?

Got an invite to upgrade to #ZomatoProPlus & immediately did it. It's way better than any other food delivery subscription model - it offers free delivery from all the restaurants & more importantly, for no minimum order value! Hope it stays that way forever! @zomato @deepigoyal
