HORRIFFIC CHILD RAPIST Phillip Dickin, has been sentenced to 24 years behind bars for multiple sexual offences against a girl.

He was convicted following a trial last week, and was found guilty of two counts of rape of a female under 15 years old, four counts of indecency with a child, seven counts of indecent assault on a girl, and one count of child cruelty.
