@Palvashits I feel like I really learnt to swim ok in playing sharks at the old pool at the club (P shaped pool). Trying to dive over a first row of sharks and going under a back row

@Palvashits I was successfully walking at the edge in the pool in 2017. Must've been in the pool after some 10 years. Was too afraid to wade in it. Took advantage of being tall. Need to wade properly again. Need to find a pool first.

@NehaRaheel That is the way performance is unfortunately measured in my country anyway. The private high school experience here is built around this magical standardized test where a student's previous 2 years in class don't say much. Their 2 hours in an exam after that determine it all

@saadharan_ladka Tried to take on the average amount of calories consumed globally. The result was a fat stomach in a couple of months. What's needed really is movement and exercise focusing on the right areas. Food alone doesn't do anything
