Dear Hatchables Community,

We have some important updates to share with you regarding the development of our project.

First and foremost, we are deeply sorry for the delay in our initial timeline. Meeting our community’s expectations is our top priority, and we understand how frustrating this news may be. We wanted to do something nobody else would think to do to bring a new meta forth. Due to repeated setbacks with our smart contract development, our development team can no longer commit the required resources to bring forth our vision. 

To clear the air, any project that has sent any ada for their community to receive eggs will get a full refund.

However, despite this we are not throwing in the towel. We believe in the potential of Hatchables and the vibrant community that supports it.

As we continue to look for more developers to add to our team, we are going to be open-sourcing our codebase. This decision allows anyone with the skills and passion to contribute to our project’s development.

Our commitment to transparency remains strong, and we invite you to review our whitepaper, which outlines our comprehensive plans for our vision. We hope this will inspire some of you to join us in bringing this vision to life.

🚨 Hey everyone,

We hit some unforeseen snags while moving the eggs from testnet to production. The team has been working around the clock to resolve these issues.

We've pushed our first few batches to mainnet and are working on developing new scripts for future smooth operations.

Although we couldn't complete this today, we're committed to getting the eggs out very soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We apologize for the delay with the eggs. Essentially what happened was, our batch size decreased significantly when pushing from test-net to prod (from 200 to 25 or less).

Our dev team has identified a fix and is in the process of debugging and testing now. From there, we will then begin to deploy on production again.

We want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out offering support and help to the team. This is why we love #Cardano and why we chose this chain for our project. The community.
