Chill or sloth mode should be automatic in neighborhoods and school zones and then go back to driver settings when not in those zones.

@Tesla @elonmusk how about a profile settings lock or a way to save a profile backup. We have had our profile messed up several times when the car goes into service. Someone changes something then saves the setting overriding the actual user profile.
