Dear @Jeremy_Hunt pls put in place an emergency mortgage plan for regulatory intervention that protects mortgage holders from the impact of likely sharp UK rate rises. Eg
- Loosening remortgage affordability rules
- Flexibility in terms
- Payment holidays
- Stronger forbearance
