@firstdirect Not the point, should be able to do it on a desktop computer! Why not? I have a keyboard that is easier to type on and a large screen that is easier to read on, rather than a small hand held device!!
@MartinSLewis Surely Banking services should not be limited to use on a Smart Phone, small & therefore not easy 4 those with disability, visibility or dexterity issues - so I have just gone to open a @firstdirect account using my Desktop & Im being forced to do it on the app.....
