@emirates very shoddy and not expected EK505 was at 10.30 am now at 6.45 pm we are stranded on the airport and missing our connecting flight to Madrid

@Emiratessupport our flight EK505 leaving Mumbai to Dubai has been delayed from 10.30 am to 6.45 pm. The ground staff still have clue whether that flight will be on time. Neither are they providing any food coupons. This resulted in rescheduling of our onward flight to madrid
