@ditto_support I am STILL waiting for a response to my query (#476514 sent 30.10.21) for why I am still without an active ditto account despite having paid £69 on 5th July. Now not getting any responses on here or by email. Why is this please?
@ditto_support would someone at ditto like to tell me they think it is ok to randomly delete my subscription for no reason when I've paid the top whack for it (more than once) then take over 2 weeks to reply to a query about it? Honest answers please.
@ditto_support so... my subscription gets cancelled for no reason despite having paid a full year's membership at £69. 8 days after my query about this, I still haven't heard back. Can anyone at ditto honestly say this is a fair way to treat a 4 year long client?!
