Eating dim sum in HK is very much a lunch tradition with many restaurants closed for dinner. We were lucky enough to find Dim Sum Square Open late in the central district of HK island. They are renowned for their crispy pork buns but we absolutely loved the Chee Cheong Fun. #hk
