Thank you for the interview @NFLUK. I feel honoured and so proud of every woman working on the frontline this past year. We will be back on the field again soon, I can’t wait!

“You don’t want to hear that about someone you love, that they’re in pain.”
28-year-old Josh is being rushed to St George’s after falling and sustaining an open fracture while playing American football.

“Our priority is reducing [the fracture] and putting it back into a normal position.”
While Josh is sedated, Dr Ahmed explains how they’re going to treat his open fracture.

“I was always going to marry Amy, even if I was in a wheelchair.”
Congratulations on your marriage, Josh and Amy! #TeamStGeorges wishes you every happiness together 💒

I don’t condone the actions of all police so we cannot generalise all of them to be good or bad, but we can’t instantly lose all respect for police and normalise attacks on them. Such as those more ready to film than help.
This is disgusting, we don’t know the context of how this started, but the fact people would rather film than help is disgusting. How has attacking police become ok, where has our respect gone for them?
Only a couple of weeks ago we clapped for police as key workers and now this!
Found out @bmstores ended their NHS discounts this morning when I got some food in between night shifts. It’s great to know the support ends when it seems lockdown is over despite covid patients still being in hospital and nurses/doctors still risking their lives 🤷🏼♀️
It’s funny how the NHS were heroes for the last 2 months when we were REALLY needed. We were clapped each week and given priority and discounts in shops. But now people seem it’s all over, we no longer get the discounts despite still getting shit pay while risking our lives🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
I appreciate the gesture for NHS workers as I personally never expect anything. But when we’re promised this hour, I don’t expect it to be overcrowded by non-nhs workers (I know this as we queued separately outside the shop before being allowed in). We couldn’t socially distance!
Went to @marksandspencer Hedge End this morning for NHS hour as it’s been my first opportunity to go between shifts. And was disappointed that they let in too many people and the majority of them not being NHS workers. I already risk my life at work, I don’t want to at the shop!
The fact we have so many empty beds and no queues of ambulances just shows that people waste A&E time to often with problems that they can sort at home!
