This is such a HUGE deal to me. I'm finally going down. Was stuck on 137 for awhile while I was building muscle💪 & Endurance so it got discouraging. But now to finally see it dropping & I feel it. I'm lighter. My stomach is not so pronounced or jutting out as much. Eating at a deficit & weighing my food then pre-packaging it for the future has really made the biggest difference.
I'm excited for the future & all the change it will bring.
