@thsottiaux My Plus quota was already at 0% when my subscription expired. After I renewed, it was still 0%, so I paid for another month without getting a fresh chance to use the service.

I hope this feedback is seen. Please consider giving users a one-time quota reset after renewing Plus.

@thsottiaux Claude banned my account before my paid subscription even expired. I paid for the service, and they just wiped the account anyway. So much for trust and customer respect.

I’m done with Claude for good. ChatGPT Work and Codex all the way from now on.

This June, my Claude account was banned. I only used it to write articles. I’m furious. I paid for Claude and still got banned. I hope people stop using it. To me, Claude is a terrible service.
