Why the Pigeon Signal: My Mission Statement
People ask me why I created the Pigeon Signal.
The answer is simple: the market needs change.
Look around the trenches today. The vibes are awful. People are discouraged. New traders enter the market, lose money immediately, and never come back. Older traders become frustrated and leave. The market has become a casino where the same people seem to win repeatedly while everyone else gets extracted from. That isn’t sustainable. If you owned a restaurant and nobody wanted to come back after eating there, eventually that restaurant would fail. The trenches are no different. If new traders enter, lose everything, and leave with their heads down, eventually there won’t be anyone left.
That is why education is the foundation of my mission. If we want to change the market, we must educate the people participating in it. Not so they can achieve a magical 100% win rate, but so they can achieve a better win rate than they have today. A better understanding of how the market works, how extraction happens, and how to identify quality projects, builders, and communities. That is why we built the website.
https://t.co/0cO6Ldt9tv currently contains more than 40 hours of educational material, and we are only getting started. Massive updates are being worked on that will expand that amount through interactive learning, quizzes, leaderboards, and additional content. If you truly want to change the market, put in the work to do it. Complaining is easy. Building solutions is hard.
But education is only half of the mission.
The second part is discipline. The world has become addicted to instant gratification. People want immediate wealth, recognition, and success. When those things don’t happen overnight, they quit. I want to spread ideas that have stood the test of time: dedication, consistency, discipline, loyalty, and hard work. The more people adopt these ideas, the harder they become to exploit.
Knowledge and discipline together create powerful individuals. A knowledgeable person without discipline rarely applies what they know. A disciplined person without knowledge often moves in the wrong direction. But when both exist together, extraordinary things become possible. That is what I want the Signal to represent. Not another coin. Not another trend. A movement centered around self-improvement, education, and growth.
Long term, I want to turn this into something much bigger than a memecoin. I want to turn it into a real business, a real brand, and a real organization. That’s why I created the lore. That’s why I created the narrative. That’s why I continue showing up every day. Leaders create. Followers copy. The trenches already have enough people chasing the next shiny object. We need more leaders. More people willing to build something from nothing and help others improve alongside them.
Everyone says the space needs change. Everyone complains about cabals, bundles, rugs, extraction, and short-term thinking. Everyone talks about it, but very few actually do anything about it. That is the real issue. Change is not created through complaints. Change is created through action.
That is one of the reasons I respect @printr and @0xlenn. They created their own vision and direction. Despite endless FUD, criticism, and setbacks, they continue building every single day. That is how meaningful things are created. Not through perfection, but through persistence. That same mentality is what drives me.
The Signal exists because I believe the trenches can be better. I believe new traders deserve a chance to learn before they lose everything. I believe good builders deserve support. I believe education should be free. I believe discipline can be taught. I believe consistency wins.
That is why the Pigeon Signal exists.
To save the trenches.
Because if we don’t change them, they will die.
And I refuse to let that happen.
Memes ain’t dying.
They’re evolving.
Used to be just jokes. Now they’re how people actually find/relate to each other.
The memes that would last won’t be the funniest. They’ll be the ones that make people feel like they belong to something.
Future of memes is giving people a mission they actually want to be part of.
