BREAKING🚨 Lilo's voice actress and the main antagonist of the Ring, Actress Daveigh Chase, has died at age 35
Daveigh died Tuesday from meningitis and an infection in her blood, which caused her to have septic issues and led to her body shutting down. Daveigh had been admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles earlier this month because of malnutrition.
Horror movie fans will recognize her from her haunting performance as Samara Morgan, the main antagonist in the hit 2002 film "The Ring", for which she won an MTV Movie Award for Best Villain.
Daveigh caught her big break in Hollywood early on. She voiced Lilo in the hit Disney film "Lilo & Stitch" back in 2002 and the follow-up TV show. She also voiced Chihiro Ogino in the American dub of "Spirited Away."
Anthony Bourdain not only had a love affair with Chicago, but it was also his ideal Utopia.
And so it is for many of us as well.
RIP Chef.

So glad he didn't let Demi get away unchallenged.
It's important filmmakers and actors challenge their peers by calling out the hypocrisy and danger of using their influence to schill for those technofascists using suggestive language to get people to submit to AI dominance.
The Academy has banned AI from ever winning an Oscar.
• Only roles “demonstrably performed by humans with their consent” can be nominated for acting Oscars
• Screenplays “must be human-authored” to qualify for a nomination
“Ant-Man” and “Avengers” star Evangeline Lilly has condemned Disney’s decision to lay off 1,000 employees this month, a significant number of which were Marvel workers.
“If you’re a huge fan of Marvel, just take a moment today to think about them, to send up a prayer for them, to honor them, to honor the people who created the world that you fell in love with,” Lilly urged her Instagram followers. “That was a human invention. These were human creations. And they shouldn’t be stolen by tech giants so that their robots can replicate them.”

#ThePitt star Patrick Ball is "really glad" he went public with how the show got him out of $80,000 worth of student loan debt:
"This sense of financial burden from student loans is something that is carried by many, many people in this country, many of whom have it much worse than I did. I think the system is broken, and the fact that this has been able to start a conversation around that is awesome."

Anime fans probably don’t realize just how insanely talented sound engineers are.
There have been so many times I thought a line wouldn’t fit at all… and then they work magic and somehow make it seamless.
Many of the roars in The Lion King (1994) weren’t real.
They were created by Frank Welker, who growled into a metal trash can to produce that deep, powerful sound.
