@British_Airways @British_Airways my sons bags never left London and at this point he is just going to ask they be shipped back home to San Diego as it's now been 8 days. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. I truly hope you compensate him over and above the requirement.

@British_Airways My son and his GF have been waiting for 3 days to get their luggage which is apparently sitting in London while they are in Scotland. Your customer service has been horrible. What can you do to help them?! Please this is insane.

@British_Airways Day 6 of no luggage. You've had probably 20 flights to Scotland from Heathrow by now. How is this possible their luggage hasn't made it? Total failure.

@British_Airways They've done all this.... I can't believe how poorly they've been treated. There are 6 of them on this trip together. They are spending most of their vacation trying to buy things to wear and all the toiletries. Help them. Don't push them off to a damn website to file a claim

@Hertz Quite often when cars are rented at night people see their day time running lights and assume their headlights are on. Hertz should make it a policy to make sure the car lights are always set to AUTO. This way the lights will come on at night. Every car has this mode.

@TechOperator Preach!!! Couldn't agree more. How bout oil changes, "tune-ups" timing belts, radiator flush, yada, yada, yada. On my second EV, now a Rivian R1T. Charge at home 95% of the time. I might do 4 trips of 150 miles or more annually. I'm never going back to an ICE vehicle.

@Joelsherman1 So, yes, I think we all agree and the stats show it, Angel wasn't a great umpire. But I don't think he was a bad umpire on purpose. It's not his fault he wasn't great. MLB should have moved to remove him years ago. Our grievances should be with MLB, not Angel. JMHO.
