many things can be true at once but the one that keeps coming back is how massive fame at such a young age without the proper regulation and protection has horrific ramifications, both for the person in the spotlight and all the people in their lives standing just outside of it
i remember at wwa tour in dc liam was the only one that came out onto the hotel balcony to say hello to us…he really didn’t have to do it and it made our day/what seemed like entire lives at 15 that he did
despite his flaws he loved one direction and he loved the fans so much
i didn’t think i would come back to twitter under these circumstances but many of my 1d mutuals started here…it’s insanely surreal to have someone who was such a large part of our adolescence gone. thinking of all of our teenage selves tonight and holding them tightly
if the news is true - even though i was not a fan of him anymore, one direction changed and shaped my life so much and he was a part of that band. these feelings are so complicated and hard to navigate. i am literally at loss for words.
