@jkamckenzie I’m struggling. Up to TkaTrade everything pointing Stanley Cup. I reconciled trade, excited for possibilities. Underwhelmed, but #waitandsee. Alfie leaves for same job w/ the LEAFS. Must be big problems in Ottawa or Andlauer has a massive PR issue. Worst outlook since 2018.

@ZynForBreakfast @TSN1200 I’d move G to Greigs spot, put Greig at 4LC, move Z up to the top line, scratch Gaudette and dress Crookshank. 2 scoring lines, Pinto as the checking line, and just imagine how pesky that 4th line would be, and it’d also have scoring depth, rolling 4 lines.

@brandonpiller1 @LalimesMartian Respect your opinion, but can’t blame 2 guys for the loss. Win and lose as a team. They just aren’t playing like they want it. Even if you put MPalo & Ullmark in, if they play like they have the last few games, come playoffs it’ll be 4 and out.

@DefenseMinister He’s taken exactly 2 x one-timers this season from ‘his spot’ that I can recall. If his shoulder was 100% he’d still be firing them off. Or he’s just afraid of the tourque damaging it again and has changed his game accordingly. (IMHO)

One thing that I will say, despite seeing Norris go - he’s not been able to fire his one-timer like he was pre injury. He’s only done it once that I can remember this season. Perhaps he’s not able, or he’s choosing not to in order to avoid risk. We will see.

@HockeyScanner I feel like the lack of scoring is being made too big a deal of. Green challenged them in late November to win games 2-1. Prior to that they were scoring big and losing. Obviously not good to be shut out 2 straight games, but I’m not worried about scoring. Chances are there.

@SimmerDownCIH Greig hit a wall playing against tougher competition, but not playing with talent down on the 4th line doesn’t help. Pinto’s wingers to date have made the whole line look slow.
Put Greig & Gregor on Pinto’s line and play them 12 - 15 minutes a night and they’ll come alive.
