I don’t think the cadets are alone. I think this behavior is baked into the culture. There’s been too many years of kicking it under the rug. This activity is not immune to #metoo. Nothing is.

Is it just me or is the response from @DCI really inadequate on the Hopkins story? It honestly looks like they’re trying to bury the story on their site. Maybe they’re embarrassed by the woefully awful response recognizing nothing of the victims and too cowardly to say names?
