There's gonna be points where people are gonna mistake my confidence for arrogance because they don’t understand the process I went through and how much I had to believe in myself in order to make these things happen. - Curtis Jackson
Talked tokenization with @carlquintanilla, @LesliePicker, and @davidfaber. Issuer-native tokens are the future. Born on-chain, not wrapped after the fact. Stop with the synthetic token madness. Watch the clip.
Love it brother, didn't even realize that was Sunday, shoot what did you lead today, 14-15 kids doing voluntary route running by yourself after school?
I think this is directionally correct.
The value proposition of tokenized securities was never creating multiple representations of the same asset.
It was improving how markets function.
If tokenization simply creates synthetic wrappers that fragment liquidity across different venues, it's difficult to see how that advances the objective.
The larger opportunity is infrastructure that enables:
• Issuance
• Custody
• Compliance
• Settlement
• Secondary trading
That's where the potential efficiency gains come from.
The token itself is only part of the story.
The market structure underneath it is what ultimately matters.
Excited to announce that I will be going back home to Westwood High School in Ishpeming, Michigan for my junior year.
Thank you @CoachGouldIMG@Coach_M_Peters@CoachDennisIMG@QuinnShanbour and the rest of the staff at IMG for all the effort invested into my development.
Can’t wait to get to work! Go Pats‼️

This is where I think many people still misunderstand the opportunity.
Markets need 3 things:
1. Assets/products people want exposure to
2. Capital looking for returns
3. Infrastructure connecting the two efficiently and compliantly
That third piece is where @tZERO fits.
The asset side alone is not enough.
The capital side alone is not enough.
Without:
• investor verification
• onboarding
• compliance
• broker connectivity
• liquidity
• settlement
• secondary trading
distribution breaks down.
That’s why integrations like this matter.
The goal is not simply “putting assets on-chain.”
The goal is creating compliant market rails where:
• assets can reach capital
• capital can move efficiently
• liquidity can eventually form around previously fragmented markets
tZERO’s rails are designed to connect the asset side and the capital side through regulated infrastructure, enabling distribution, onboarding, liquidity, and secondary trading around alternative assets.
The token may attract attention.
But the rails underneath the market may ultimately be the real story.
@tZERO's @VerifyInvestor is now integrated into the PandoAlts Market Checks platform and has been named its default accreditation verification provider.
This integration embeds accredited investor and qualified purchaser verification directly into the deal flow, reducing friction for issuers, brokers, and allocators.
One-stop shopping. The result: faster verification, greater confidence in counterparty compliance, and a more connected experience across private credit, real assets, and alternative investments.

@Mich_Trumbull Pretty sure we have the worst outfield in the big leagues, Perez and Vierling are comically bad.
Don't know if they are worse in the field or at the dish.
“The soldier, above all other people, prays for peace, for he must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war.” Today, on this and every Memorial Day, we honor those who bore that burden for all of us, and we carry their memory forward with humility and resolve. @tZERO
You know what isn't delayed? @Figure trading on OPEN. 24x7 limit order book (market making 5x18 and working to expand). Access to DeFi. Works under the current SEC rules. This is the way.
A lack of understanding of the material difference between 'issuer-sponsored' (which both @tZERO and @Vertalo_ have been doing for years), and 'synthetic SPV stonks' inevitably leads to headlines of this 'quality'.
We need a Clarity Act for financial/regulatory reporting about our industry.
