@UberUKI_Support Publically.
Uber refuse to give me a refund for the item they sent me that I didn't ask for. They refuse to give a lawful reason why. Clearly a service that cannot provide the item I actually paid for, or adequate customer service when things go wrong.

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@ubereats_uk it's been two and a half hours and I'm still waiting for a reply from the support regarding your refusal to refund me for the incorrect item I was sent. Can something be done about this as frankly the item I was sent was cheaper anyway so I deserve some compensation

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@UberUKI_Support @Ellventures I haven't got mine yet either but I only signed up yesterday. Does it usually take the full 48 hours to arrive?

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@AvivaUK Not exactly a quick process, is it? I can still see this other person's data on two policies and apparently now my own premium that I've been paying since March is worth £0 so I want to talk to someone. Surely there is someone I can actually talk to without waiting hours?

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@AvivaUK I need to speak to someone urgently about a massive breach of my personal details. For the second time.

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@AvivaUK Not that seriously since it's happened twice now. Could take a trip down to Lankashire with the address of the stranger I now know 🤷

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@AvivaUK Good. Hopefully they can put me through to the complaints department for massively breaching my personal data. Again. For the second time.

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@McDonaldsUK Waiting for food, only to not get my nuggets, have to navigate your app not working and having to find the right phone number and what do I get? £2.33 refund for the main bulk of my meal. Ridiculous.

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@HMRCcustomers Yes, I am aware they need to be self employed. My question is pertaining to whether they need to have self employed income from more than one source. Eg. If I am their only client do I then need to employ them or is it okay that I'm their only client?

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@eon_next @anniebev6 I'd have a look at your smart metre team as well as I've been waiting for you to fix it for over nine months now.

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@eon_next Sent you a DM.

@Morrisons Hi I've sent a message last night

[Hawk @Hawk8727]

@Morrisons Hi. I've just purchased two raspberry turnovers from the Scunthorpe Morrisons store and I'm pretty sure these have never seen a raspberry. If I'm not mistaken, they're actually apple! Both the label and the receipt say raspberry!
