@WhichdoIchoose @Grubhub Not surprised! I hadn’t realized the shady busIness practices this company will go to screw over the customer. I’ve lost too much money on deliveries never received and a refusal for proper assistance! I hope the department of commerce shuts them down. It’s inhuman.

@Grubhub @motoxman36 @AmericanExpress Order says delivered but nothing there. Called customer service several times and keep getting told there’s nothing they could do to make it right. If I pay for something with my hard-earned money that I never received, shouldn’t I be entitled to a resolution?
