@TicketmasterCS I need help paying a deposit scheme payment which was missed due to incorrect card details

I attempted to change the payment details but was told that somebody would contact me if there was an issue with payment. I've tried again numerous times since via the app just to be told the same thing. I'm now behind with 2 payments and would like to address this problem ASAP.
