@Manager_Markus @nexteamgg I see.. but easier to evaluate and work with doesnt mean better investment.
If you rely too much on that you might miss players like Player A with higher ceiling.

What are you trying to build here?
Its not about skill but then "worth investing time into" is based on what though?
A structured way of improving is useful but it shouldnt be the main and only factor when deciding who to trial.
Same elo doesnt mean same ceiling.
Player A could just be an unpolished gem that needs right guidance.
A system can be built. Potential cant.
Some players are just earlier in their development than others.
Yes its easier to work with Player B but that doesnt mean that he is the better "investment" imo.
Of course there are more factors but only trialing Player B mainly on if he already has a "system" is kinda what the helly?
Shouldnt it be about who can grow the most with right guidance?

Its kinda unfortunate that I am stepping back before lifting the German League trophy (@ESLGermany, @99DAMAGEde and now @dachcs) at least once that i was chasing for so long but it is what it is..

I will stay for a few matches if needed to help the team transition and I am sure the team will find a suitable replacement soon and I am excited to see what they achieve next.

I am no longer part of @WaveAUTCS as I cant commit the time required to play fulltime.

I cant keep up with the teams schedule going further and dont want to hold them back.

My current circumstances made it really hard for me to play and perform that I expect from myself anyways.
For the past few months I have been playing some of the worst CS and not being able to balance work and CS or find a routine that works for me clearly impacted it alot.

This feels like the right time to step back, refocus and prioritize other things.

It wasnt an easy decision but I am happy to have met great people and built friendships that mean a lot to me.

Im also very grateful to had @NAFseNCS and especially @kvrpp behind the scenes and of course to work with @aleyzr who I still consider one of the best in his field.
All of them bring so much passion and fire which is not something anyone ever should take for granted.

And ofc I also want to thank my team for the time we shared, the trust, the moments, and the journey.
I wish you guys nothing but the best going forward and I am sure you will succeed. Its just a matter of time but
sadly its without me.

Liebe #DACHCSMasters Admins, ich bitte euch darum bei wichtigen Entscheidungen mitten im Spiel nicht die Entscheidungen den Gegnern zu überlassen. Dafür seid ihr schließlich da. Wenn wir eine schwerwiegende Entscheidung für das Match treffen müssen, ist es immer eine lose-lose Entscheidung für uns. Intern kommt es zu Diskussion. Dazu kommt das ein Team sich intern auch nicht unbedingt einig ist. Es ist eine scheiß Situation in die ihr uns als Spieler bringt.

Wir sollten uns nur auf das Game fokussieren, was aber nicht möglich ist, weil wir gleichzeitig mitten in Game Schiedsrichter spielen müssen.
