Claude to me is what a pneumatic nailer is to a carpenter.
It doesn’t replace my skills and value proposition it simply lets me drive those nails faster and with less fatigue.
What if the way xAI was tacked on to Space X to boost valuation ruins the AI narrative entirely for the public?
Retail makes an incorrect (but deserved) association with AI overall and industry sentiment sours in full.
Which in turn tanks the US market reliant on the AI bubble.
@dara_venture 💯 I've had to intervene in a few cases where I was consulting and saw terms that had strong indications of the VC setting up a rugpull on crypto LP positions intending to leave the founders with the fallout
But what the hell do I know 🤷🏻♂️
I'm still scrapping it out in the trenches trying to secure some seed capital for @DibDex and live to fight another day
How is it that all of these people liquidating crypto for the Space X IPO aren't understanding they're just creating liquidity for all of the early Space X and xAI backers?
POV: you're an early Space X or xAI employee you just had a big payday post IPO.
$BTC and $ETH are on a massive firesale
If you have any conviction in crypto it's a no-brainer to load up your bags and likely 2X at a minimum within 2 or 3 years
The markets are a bloodbath but as in all downturns the thing to do is build.
Many of the great success stories in tech arose from teams hit hard by events beyond their control.
We're staying on course and prepping for the pendulum swing to more favorable conditions.
When you're taking the time to write each DM/email it's really nice to know I'm not wasting my time and investors time with a product that isn't even in their lane.
Does anybody else still take the time to actually write personalized messaging when doing VC and Angel outreach?
Thankful for LLMs that can correct my dyslexic-addled outreach but using it to author just feels wrong.
Hey #Solana people 👋
We built @DibDex on #Ethereum to be a viable competitor and show off how cheap and fast token creation can be with the biggest liquidity of all chains.
But real talk first - have you ever actually used Ethereum?
Drop your answer + thoughts below 👇
@Antifund we said nothing for 18 months until @DibDex was done and functioning on testnet - we're doing a seed round now
you guys are on our outreach list, I just haven't gone through my network for a warm intro yet
that said, would love to talk
building on $ETH is absolutely viable for most applications - unless you're building something that needs super fast 1 second transactions you should weigh sustainability and liquidity vs old proof of work narratives
Ethereum still holds ~53% of market liquidity and the big institutions are pretty much all building there
real companies face consequences and despise risk Ethereum may not be sexy but it's effectively the @awscloud for blockchain
hat tip to @DefiLlama
