Back from a week of vacation to STILL not have internet service. @ATT will DM you, then someone calls the number on the account and says, “oh yes that’s unacceptable” and nothing is done about it. 2 MONTHS WITHOUT INTERNET. DONT TELL ME YOU “UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION.”
In case anyone cares, @ATT doesn’t give a CRAP about customer service. They just reply to your tweet to make it look like they care. This is the same BS I got yesterday with a “specialist”. I’m calling you on your crap every day until you actually do something about my problem.
@ATT I haven’t even mentioned that I have had an appointment for a technician to come to my house THREE DIFFERENT TIMES for no one to show. Additionally, a manager in billing hung up on me yesterday. Get your crap together. This is absolute garbage.
@ATT The fact that I set up this twitter account for the sole reason to publicly shame you should speak volumes. To say my customer service experience has been bad is an understatement. How do I still not have WiFi after six weeks??
