I’m all for doing hard things.
I mean, I wrote a book about it.

The beauty of track and field is there's no faking it, no hiding behind teammates on rough days. You're exposed, vulnerable. It's you, alone, out on that track.
This sport will humble you, even those who are among the top in the world.
Really sucks to see Ngannou get blatantly robbed like that… boxing needs a more objective system in place for scoring
The subjectivity & inherent bias of hand-picked judges is ruining the credibility of the sport 📉
This is wild..
At India's Delhi state meet, athletes heard doping control was coming... So they didn't show up.
1 out of 8 finalists ran the 100m
In the steeple, a runner finished & kept running. Doping control chased her down

Life works out if you let it. Don’t force things.
You are going to experience some tremendous highs and some depressing lows.
But life works out. Ride the waves the best you can.
Figure out what actually matters to you, and work hard towards that.
