My family didn’t want to tell me my 14 year old dog died because I was in the hospital giving birth. He died the same day my son was born. Can’t believe my dog was reincarnated as my son 💀

Went from my baby shower yesterday to being admitted to l&d today until I give birth 💀💀 preeclampsia is a bitttttcccchhhh. At least I got to eat thanksgiving food and have my baby shower bc this boy coming 6 weeks early 💙
