✅ First Class Metals has completed the closing of its Kerrs Gold project agreement with nGRND Inc. with an indicative total value of US$10.64 million based on current spot gold prices of US$138 per ounce for an initial purchase of up to 77,293 eligible ounces.

Sometimes, a fallen tree reveals more than you expect.

CEO Marc Sale is roughly 1 km northeast of the Pettigrew shaft, where the team has taken him to another area identified through soil sampling.

And, quite fortuitously, a fallen tree has opened up a new window into the geology.

With its roots pulling back the overburden, the ground beneath has been exposed, revealing intense shearing and quartz veining - exactly the kind of geological features that can make an exploration team stop and take a closer look.

The team has taken samples from the area, and there’s plenty of intrigue around what they might show.
