Introducing... The Fracture Protocol.
An open-world, multiplayer, survival game where advanced androids find themselves among majestic and ferocious dinosaurs.
Super excited to start sharing more about this passion project! Stay tuned.

Recently I found that the JPOG Carchar and the Primal Carnage Rex share the same sound clip to make their iconic roars. I think finds like that are so fun!
Have you ever found something similar?
One of the last animations before the initial set is complete, a takedown/finsher!
Not all dinosaurs will have one, but the Tyrannosaurus certainly will. The only thing missing is a ragdolling android being shaken and tossed from its maw.

The work on expanding the dinosaur animation set continues. Most dinos will have different animations for each direction it can attack in. For example, here's our rex turning 180 degrees to take a bite at any tail riders.

I think this Rex is starting to feel quite at home in this environment I'm crafting for it.
I gave all the flora a bit of a touch-up. I always think I'm done working on foliage, but it just seems to be a procrastinators best friend.

For the first time, I'm actually able to wander these randomly generated facilities at eye level! Everything you see is VERY work in progress, but I think I've now laid a solid foundation for expansion.

@Berlography I really like 7. Tiger patterns are an easy win for me, plus it's fitting considering the predator niche it likely filled. Close behind is 5 which is making me feel oddly nostalgic and I'm not sure why.
Doing some animation work on the large bulkhead entrance and hazard lights. I'm also working on the main switch to activate the door that you'll see at some point.

Some more placeholder model animations from a while back. This time the mighty Alamosaurus! Definitely the largest creature I had animated at that time, and one of my first quadrupeds too! It hasn't aged all that well, but it was good practice.

Multiple maintenance elevators can be found around the map, all leading to randomly generated underground facilities. There you'll find special crafting items, unique tools and weapons, upgrades to your player, and most importantly... dinosaurs.

Here's some examples of the different sizes and shapes a facility can be, all being generated in real-time! It's still obviously a work in progress as I continue to tweak the flow and add more rooms.
