@Patrick_Wyman History and lifting...great stuff! Deadlift day. Lighter weight sets of ten, sumo high pull 3x10, step ups with dumbbells 3x10, Rdl 3 sets of 10, kettbell swings 3 x 15, and then hit up some core.

I just finished Masters of Command by @barrystrauss. Another good read. If you haven't checked out his books I highly recommend and would start with this one.
