@smarkstrickland @chiproytx I dont think hes talking about start stop button. He’s talking about the law starting 2027 AI monitoring of the inside of the vehicle for possible drunk driving. The vehicles monitor your eyes, speech ect. It will shut off the car if it thinks you’re impaired, tech makes mistakes

@Texas_Made67 @MatrixMysteries Yes we have to have a general construction county permit and a septic permit, sometimes driveway permit. If you’re in flood areas you need to a fema permit too.
I’m in real estate in Texas and I can’t just build even in rural areas.
