I went to a Punjab police station for an FIR and was told, "FIR is only for murder cases." Later,I visited the SSP Office Mohali, but it was closed due to Dussehra.The officer said they don’t handle online fraud and advised me to visit another station.

You go to NCC for help it sends you to nearby police station, you go to police they sends you to another police station.
