@xtinabourne SO FRUSTRATING, happens almost every time we go for a walk. we live close to bowring park and encounter numerous off leash dogs around there... one ran up to our pup bear and lady said 'oops sorry, they're not ALWAYS friendly'.. why are they off leash then in the first place?!
