@VerizonSupport I’ve already wasted endless hours with Verizon Support with no results. I’m not interested in wasting more of my time with a tier 1 customer service rep who will not resolve my issues.

@Verizon is so close to losing me as a +6yr customer. Was excited to add a line but have now spent endless hours on the line with customer service reps over the last weeks and STILL having issue after unresolved issue. Waste of time & money!!! @VerizonSupport
