Ice shelves have formed along the edge of Lake Ontario as a result of yesterdays storm. Ice shelves are extremely dangerous, please stay safe and stay off of ice shelves. #NoIceIsSafeIce
Ice conditions are changing rapidly making venturing out onto the ice very dangerous. Please stay safe by staying off the ice. Cold water submersions are the result of breaking through the ice and can be fatal in a very short period of time. No ice is safe ice.
Congratulations to HOPA Director, Safety & Security / Harbour Master Vicki Gruber on earning her graduate certificate in Emergency Management @AlgonquinColleg
We’re grateful for her expertise and work to keep our ports safe! #PortPeople
