The Delhi High Court has denied bail to anti-CAA activists Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam, who have spent more than six years in jail, in the Delhi violence larger conspiracy case under the UAPA. A bench led by Justice Prathiba M Singh passed the order.

Delhi High Court denies bail to Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam in the Delhi riots conspiracy case.

This is the third time Khalid and Imam have been denied bail by the High Court.
