Working when you’re sick is not a symbol of commitment. It’s a symptom of a sick culture.
In toxic workplaces, rest is a sign of weakness. You're expected to sacrifice yourself for your job.
In healthy cultures, rest is a source of strength. Wellness is vital to doing your job.
@tony_gulliver@CoventryRugby Really sorry Gully. To echo the above, you’re a true Cov legend, and were a huge part of our success during my time with Cov. Sending get well wishes for your ongoing recovery xx

Can anyone recommend a neuro rehab Physio in Kings Heath/South Birmingham for a quadriplegic gentleman recently discharged from Oswestry? He is looking for ongoing treatment privately.
@athom01@physiorichmond Totally, and yes, very tricky to manage and as you say the consequences could be potentially devastating, physically and mentally.
@physiorichmond@athom01 I’m really shocked by this! There must be a solution that means the poor kids can use the toilet and not get in to trouble?! Not sure I’d cope with being a teacher!
