借朋友的光，有机会参加了一下无聊猿上海的线下活动。我觉得 Yuga （无聊猿母公司）可能在坚持做一些很酷的事情，但是离 Web3 和 NFT 的价值回归还有很远。 NFT 的泡沫早已经挤破了，但这个赛道依然没有找到可持续的路线和场景。或者它本身就只是一项技术而已。

我觉得 NFT 社区发展的重要命题还是：如何围绕共创、共建、共享去建立社区共识和传播影响力。

AI 在相对细节上的产品决策，还是乏善可陈。核心原因是上下文不够充分全面，人脑中大量的信息从成本角度没有办法完整输出给 AI。

话锋一转，脑机接口 + AI 可能会很无敌，不过不知道 I/O 能否跟得上。

豆包输入法的语音还是没办法取代Typeless，第一是操作，必须按 2 次 Fn 才能录音，结束还要按两次，在习惯了 Typeless 后，这样真的不习惯。第二是功能，豆包定位是输入法，所以识别好，你说什么它显示什么。但实际使用脑子往往跟不上嘴，会出现很多废话或者口头禅，Typeless会给你总结好（除了总换行有点讨厌）。另外你说的特殊词汇，Typeless 也会学习

So what a model can do, and what impact it may cause, depends on who uses it. And the first example was set by the U.S. government, not China.

Please abandon your self-righteous God’s-eye view. You are not God. The world is pluralistic. Every political system has its strengths and its flaws.

I suggest you read more history. Compare the record since 1949, when the Communist Party of China began governing the country: has more harm been done to the world by countries under your so-called democratic systems, or by the Communist Party of China?

Let me lay bare your real logic: what you are trying to tell others is that China should not be allowed to lead, and that we are supposed to remain behind. At its core, this sense of superiority is driven by a discriminatory worldview.

Opus 4.7 出来之后，Claude Code 现在就是在烧钱！在本月烧掉了 450 刀之后还限量了之后，无奈之下打开了 Codex。只能说，卧槽！夯爆了

通过 1 小时的问答对话，完整梳理了产品需求，这个过程中，根本无需我去考虑开启 PLAN 模式，或者任何调优的动作。相比使用 Claude Code 的累，真的感觉有被幸福包裹！如果真的要说哪里不够好，那可能还是它太啰嗦了。但是相比对大陆友好和 20 刀的订阅价格，真的太香了！

我觉得这种差异反映出 OpenAI 和 Anthropics 两家公司产品设计的哲学可能是不同的。前者应该还是古典的产品设计风格——文档优先，小白用户我也要照顾到。而后者更加激进——原型优先，爱谁用谁用。

以前想法很多，但是觉得一个人做自己的产品是天方夜谭——你得找设计、找开发、找测试，还得协调他们。
