DESTRUCTION OF AN HONEST DOCTOR: The Story Of Dr. David Cartland
He spoke out. He lost his career. His reputation was destroyed. But they couldn’t silence him.
Dr. David Cartland was a respected GP with an exemplary clinical record. A father of four, highly qualified and dedicated to his patients, he believed passionately in his Hippocratic Oath: First, do no harm.
When he began questioning the safety of Covid-19 vaccines after witnessing what he believed were serious adverse reactions, he refused to stay silent.
What happened next was devastating.
He lost his medical licence. He was barred from working with children and vulnerable adults. He was prevented from refereeing football matches - a hobby he loved. His reputation was shattered, his family suffered and his legal battles cost him tens of thousands of pounds.
Yet no finding of patient harm was made in the disciplinary proceedings.
Was this justice? Or was Dr. Cartland being punished for challenging the official narrative?
Now, an explosive new documentary, Destruction Of An Honest Doctor, will investigate his extraordinary story - the allegations, the institutions, the personal devastation and the unanswered questions.
It’s a story about medical freedom, informed consent, institutional power and the enormous personal price of speaking out.
One doctor. One conscience. Everything to lose.
David Cartland has lost almost everything. But he hasn’t lost his voice.
Now we need YOUR help to make sure his story is heard.

Que ça fait du bien de voir cette vidéo !
When will this horrifying madness end?
I wonder how many of these women are young and will soon come to regret their decision to have healthy body parts cut away and incinerated in the name of ‘authenticity’.
The NHS is doing irreversible harm instead of following the mantra ‘first, do no harm’. And we’re paying for it.
Carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, kale, and squash get sold as great for your eyes because of vitamin A, but they have zero retinol. Retinol is the form of vitamin A your body uses directly.
Plants give you beta-carotene, that's NOT Vitamin A. The NIH counts 12 micrograms of beta-carotene from food as worth 1 microgram of vitamin A. Common gene variants called BCMO1 cut that conversion even more for a lot of people.
Per 100 grams, the USDA lists butter at 671 micrograms of retinol, egg yolk at 371, chicken breast at 9, chicken thigh at 7, and ground beef at 4. Sweet potato, carrots, spinach, butternut squash, and kale all have 0.
Those plants do have beta-carotene, and if you convert it well you'll get some vitamin A from them. But the retinol itself is only in animal foods.
BREASTMILK
She thought she was studying milk.
What she uncovered was a conversation.
In 2008, evolutionary anthropologist Katie Hinde was working in a primate research lab in California, analyzing breast milk from rhesus macaque mothers. She had hundreds of samples and thousands of data points. Everything looked ordinary—until one pattern refused to go away.
Mothers raising sons produced milk richer in fat and protein.
Mothers raising daughters produced a larger volume with different nutrient balances.
It was consistent. Repeatable. And deeply uncomfortable for the scientific consensus.
Colleagues suggested error. Noise. Statistical coincidence.
But Katie trusted the data.
And the data pointed to a radical idea.
Milk is not just nutrition.
It is information.
For decades, biology treated breast milk as simple fuel. Calories in. Growth out. But if milk were only calories, why would it change depending on the sex of the baby?
Katie kept digging.
Across more than 250 mothers and over 700 sampling events, the story grew more complex. Younger, first-time mothers produced milk with fewer calories but significantly higher levels of cortisol—the stress hormone.
The babies who drank it grew faster.
They were also more alert, more cautious, more anxious.
Milk wasn’t just building bodies.
It was shaping behavior.
Then came the discovery that changed everything.
When a baby nurses, microscopic amounts of saliva flow back into the breast. That saliva carries biological signals about the infant’s immune system. If the baby is getting sick, the mother’s body detects it.
Within hours, the milk changes.
White blood cells surge.
Macrophages multiply.
Targeted antibodies appear.
When the baby recovers, the milk returns to baseline.
This was not coincidence.
It was call and response.
A biological dialogue refined over millions of years. Invisible—until someone thought to listen.
As Katie reviewed existing research, she noticed something unsettling. There were twice as many scientific studies on erectile dysfunction as on breast milk composition.
The first food every human consumes.
The substance that shaped our species.
Largely ignored.
So she did something bold.
She launched a blog with a deliberately provocative name: Mammals Suck Milk.
It exploded. Over a million readers in its first year. Parents. Doctors. Scientists. People asking questions research had skipped.
The discoveries kept coming.
Milk changes by time of day.
Foremilk differs from hindmilk.
Human milk contains over 200 oligosaccharides babies can’t digest—because they exist to feed beneficial gut bacteria.
Every mother’s milk is biologically unique.
In 2017, Katie brought this work to a TED stage. In 2020, it reached a global audience through Netflix’s Babies. Today, at Arizona State University’s Comparative Lactation Lab, she continues reshaping how medicine understands infant development, neonatal care, formula design, and public health.
The implications are staggering.
Milk has been evolving for more than 200 million years—longer than dinosaurs walked the Earth. What we once dismissed as simple nourishment is one of the most sophisticated communication systems biology has ever produced.
Katie Hinde didn’t just study milk.
She revealed that nourishment is intelligence.
A living, responsive system shaping who we become before we ever speak.
All because one scientist refused to accept that half the story was “measurement error.”
Sometimes the biggest revolutions begin by listening to what everyone else ignores.
Women have been handed the plant version of every nutrient for fifty years and then told the tiredness is just being a woman.
Told to eat spinach for iron. Spinach iron absorbs at about 2%. The iron in a steak absorbs at up to 35%.
Told to take flax for the omega-3. The body turns a few percent of it into the fat the brain actually uses. A mackerel arrives with it done.
Told to swap the milk for oat. The milk was where the iodine was, and the thyroid runs on iodine.
Told to get B12 from nutritional yeast. Yeast has none until a factory sprays it on.
Told to get protein from tofu, which has half what a lamb chop carries and none of the fat to use it.
Told to cut the yolk for the cholesterol. The yolk was the choline, and the choline was the baby's brain.
Told to go low fat in 1985 and to count calories in 1995, and the hunger that followed got a diagnosis of its own.
Three women in ten on earth are anaemic. The advice for all three has been a leaf.
Every substitution on that list took the animal off her plate and handed her the deficiency, and then handed her a label for the deficiency.
Hashimoto's. Fibromyalgia. Chronic fatigue. Low mood. Perimenopause, arriving at thirty-eight.
She was never short of a plant. She was short of a cow.
Fifty years of being told to eat like a rabbit, and the fatigue filed under hormones.
In January 1961 Time put Ancel Keys on its cover, took its readers to dinner at his house, and let him tell America to cut its fat by almost two thirds before his own great study had produced a single result.
The dinner was the sales pitch. Brahms on the record player, candles on the table, a meal that could run two hours, martinis or negronis to start. Veal scallopine in Marsala with fresh green beans. A thousand calories, the magazine reported, and only 20% of them from fat.
That was how Keys wanted the country to eat. Fat down from about 40% of America's calories to 15%, and saturated fat from 17% to 4%. "Eat less fat meat, fewer eggs and dairy products," he said, and more fish, chicken, Canadian bacon, and Italian and Chinese food.
"People should know the facts," he told Time. "Then if they want to eat themselves to death, let them."
The facts that winter were thin. The study of seven countries that was meant to prove him right had only started its surveys in 1958 and had years left to run. What he had was a chart of six countries, picked from the 22 he could have used, and a seat on the American Heart Association committee that had just turned his idea into its first official advice on fat.
The cover did the rest. A physiologist's hunch went into American homes with a playlist and a cocktail menu attached, and it went in as settled science.
In 1965 his own equation for predicting blood cholesterol gained a term for the cholesterol in food. In 1968 the Heart Association told Americans to eat no more than three whole eggs a week. In 1984 Time ran another cover, two fried eggs and a rasher of bacon arranged into a frowning face. For decades American dietary advice held the country to 300mg of cholesterol a day, less than two eggs, until the government's advisers recommended dropping the limit in 2015.
In 1997, aged 93, Keys gave an interview to a food magazine.
"There's no connection whatsoever between cholesterol in food and cholesterol in blood," he said. "And we've known that all along. Cholesterol in the diet doesn't matter at all unless you happen to be a chicken or a rabbit."
We've known that all along.
Thirty-six years earlier he had told Time to tell America to eat fewer eggs, by candlelight, with a negroni in reach.
🚨BREAKING: Dr. Michael Stein says if he gets cancer, he won’t step foot in a hospital because he claims he’s seen too many people die from chemotherapy, not the cancer itself!
According to the quote circulating online, here is what he says he would do instead:
"1. I’ll stop working and fast for 30 days."
"2. I’ll drink 4 liters of water every day."
"3. I’ll eat a plant-based diet, non-GMO, organic."
"4. I’ll stop stress, change my environment, get 8 hours of sleep."
"5. I’ll take high doses of Vitamin C, D3, Zinc, and Magnesium."
"6. I’ll do hyperbaric oxygen therapy."
"Cancer can't survive in an alkaline, oxygenated, stress-free body."

No pills. No shots. No avoidance of foods.
Patients literally touch an allergen vial → tiny needle placed in the ear for ~3 weeks → most can eat beef, pork, dairy again without reaction (even former anaphylaxis cases: 93%+ symptom-free). Zero adverse effects.
Why are we still waiting on “cures” when this low-cost, low-risk option is putting people’s lives back together RIGHT NOW?
This is criminal to keep quiet. If you or anyone you know has Alpha-Gal — they need to see this TODAY.
Are You “Immune” to High ApoB? 🧵🔥
1/4) Does high ApoB only matter when you have poor metabolic health?
A new study published in the European Journal of Preventative Cardiology reads, “When HDL-C is high, the effect of changing ApoB vanishes.”
Not diminish. “Vanishes.”
Now, look at this…
PEDIATRICIAN TELLS ALL: ‘70 to 80% of our practice income comes from vaccines.’
For some reason, many people can’t wrap their heads around the fact that pediatricians DO MAKE MONEY from vaccinating.
Here is yet ANOTHER report from a pediatric doctor that their offices CANNOT FUNCTION without vaccinating.
“If we stop vaccinating, we basically don't have a practice anymore.”
“We have a strong financial incentive to believe what we're told about the vaccine program being safe, effective, and necessary.”

At 13 Judy Garland signed with MGM, and the studio decided she was too fat, put her on chicken soup, black coffee and cigarettes, and handed her pills to keep her going and more pills to knock her out, and by the time she finished The Wizard of Oz she was hooked on both.
She had been on stage since she was two, as Frances Gumm, the youngest of the Gumm Sisters. Her mother, Ethel, managed her, and according to her biographer first gave her pills, for energy and for sleep, before she was ten. Judy later called her mother the real Wicked Witch of the West.
MGM signed her in 1935. Louis B. Mayer and the studio bosses reportedly called her a fat little pig with pigtails. Mayer insisted on the diet himself: chicken soup, black coffee and cigarettes, with pills to take her appetite away. The studio supplied the pep pills, and when they left her too wired to sleep after the long days on set, it supplied sleeping pills for that. She and Mickey Rooney, she said later, were worked "days and nights on end", once for 72 hours straight, and kept going on pills.
She was 16 when filming began on The Wizard of Oz, and by the time it ended she was addicted to amphetamines and barbiturates. The girl in the gingham dress singing about somewhere over the rainbow was being starved by the studio and dosed by it.
The rest of her life was pills, husbands, comebacks and collapses. "At times," she said, "I have been pretty much of a walking advertisement for sleeping pills." She died in London on 22 June 1969, aged 47, of an accidental overdose of barbiturates.
At MGM a growing girl's hunger was treated as the problem, and the studio had a chemical for it.
Hollywood has never stopped thinking that way. It has only changed the delivery, from a bottle of pills to a weekly injection.

🚨🚨"Me encanta el colesterol"..."¿Sabes cuánto tengo?" "Respira hondo", tengo 325"...
- Esencial para la vida: 85 % producido por el cuerpo, solo el 15 % proviene de la dieta. Vital para la formación de células, hormonas (testosterona, cortisol, estrógeno, progesterona) y vitamina D.
- Inmunopotencia: Desactiva bacterias, virus, patógenos, levaduras y moho.

@WankerMad Nobody said drinking antifreeze and eating spinach are equally dangerous. The point is that both can deliver oxalate to the kidneys. Different routes, different doses, same crystal.
@SamaHoole This is very misleading. Ethylene glycol is highly soluble and is absorbed by the digestive system into the bloodstream where it then metabolizes into dangerous oxalate. Oxalate in spinach is not easily absorbed and very little of it gets into the bloodstream.
@Mr_White_110 Don't panic. Drinking black tea doesn't mean you're being poisoned or that a kidney stone is inevitable. The quantity, strength and your individual susceptibility all matter.
