@upshine3 Dyslexia cant reliably be screened for until year 3. Autism is a pretty wide spectrum - think of it like eyesight, if someone's blind, you will diagnose it immediately but if its just an astigmatism, it can be easily missed. Hence most diagnoses happen after evidence collection.

@sevdaloji At a similar age I had a boyfriend do this. I was also taken to the kitchen and my mum was called while his mum went upstairs. I dont know exactly what happened in that room but I was told i was never to see him again. To my knowledge he's never raised his hand to anyone since.

@Tims817 @DefiantLs I think the problem is her expectation of others to make accommodations. Like you, I have the same condition and I learned how to manage it with multiple alarms and organising myself the day before. Its nobody else's responsibility and I'll only succeed if I work hard at it.
