Here at CSCD we mourn the loss of Harris County Sheriff's Office Deputy Fernando Esqueda who tragically passed away after being shot while protecting our community. Esqueda was a member of the Violent Offender Task Force & assisted CSCD on several occasions. #RIP

The HC STAR Drug Court has a pen pal program located 7,421 mi. across the globe in Auckland, NZ. Judge Dianne Partridge, of North Shore District Court in Auckland, attended a STAR team staffing & Drug Court Docket 2gain insight into how best practices are utilized here in Texas.

We are gaining knowledge at the Allrise (National Association of Drug Court Professionals) annual conference at the George R. Brown. Over 40 people from Harris County including LaShonda O’Neal, Judge Kelli Jo;hnson and Keith Liles have joined the 7,300 people in attendance.
